Shipping Process
Most orders from msstore.gr are delivered free of charge by us to a shipping agency in Athens that you specify. From there, the shipping agency handles the shipment of the package or pallet to its destination at the recipient’s expense. Shipping costs cover ONLY the transport of the products from the Athens shipping agency to the local shipping agency that serves your area.

The above prices are estimated starting prices and do not include VAT. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the weight, volume, and quantity of the products, the method of packaging, the destination, and the shipping company.
When an order includes products from different categories, we make an effort to combine them into a single shipment, whenever possible, in order to minimize the total shipping cost.
Orders that include Heat Pump are sent free, in accordance with the current shipping terms.
In special cases where the actual shipping cost is higher than the amount calculated when the order was placed, we will contact you before shipping.
To settle the balance, you will be sent secure payment link only for the additional amount of shipping costs.
Product Exchanges & Returns
Provided that the product is in good condition, the consumer has the right to withdraw from a contract entered into within 14 days from the time of receipt.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must keep the product in its original condition. If the product is destroyed or damaged through no fault of the customer, the right of withdrawal is not forfeited. Any reduction in the product’s value resulting from unpacking or the necessary testing of its functionality does not preclude the possibility of submitting a return request.
The product will not be accepted for return if any of the following are missing:
- The complete set of equipment and all accessories for the product.
- The receipt or proof of purchase from the MSStore.gr.
- The warranty card or form, if provided.
- In the event of a defective product, a relevant technical report or description of the defect from an authorized technician or service department, where required.
